Refund policy
In case of Guest Cancellations
Before making a reservation, it is your responsibility to thoroughly read and comprehend our Cancellation Policy & Terms of Service.
While nobody intends to cancel or postpone an Experience, unforeseen circumstances can arise. Hence, it is essential to have adequate travel cancellation insurance in place before booking your trip with Kefi Experience.
In the event that you need to cancel your booking, cancellation fees will be applicable. All cancellations must be communicated in writing, and any transaction fees charged by our payment gateway will be deducted from your refund.
Please find below a breakdown of the relevant cancellation fees:
- If you cancel 120 days or more before your Start Date, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date, minus any transaction fees imposed by our payment gateway, and excluding the non-refundable 25% of total expense made per person booking fee ("Deposit").
- If you cancel between 60 - 120 days before your Start Date, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid, minus any transaction fees imposed by our payment gateway, and excluding the non-refundable 25% of total expense made per person booking fee ("Deposit").
- Cancellations made less than 60 days before the Start Date of your Kefi Experience are non-refundable, and you will forfeit any and all sums paid. For our soft-launch weekend, taking place from Oct 5 - 8 2023, this policy applies in case cancellations are made less than 30 days before the Start Date.
It is crucial to understand that due to the necessity of committing to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, we are unable to make exceptions to our policy under any circumstances.
In case of Trip Cancellations made by Kefi Experience
In the rare event that Kefi Experience needs to cancel or change the Start Date of any trip, you are entitled to transfer the sums paid to another Kefi Experience trip (either scheduled or at some future time within the next two (2) years) as credit. Alternatively, you may request a refund of payments made to us.
